Leslie Mills-Bampoe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impeccable Resources Ltd, providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the company. He is responsible for driving the company’s vision, leading business development, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
He leads client engagement, project delivery, and partnership development, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, bankable solutions for both public and private sector clients.
Nana Yinka Gyesie
Nana Yinka Gyesie provides strategic leadership and governance for Impeccable Resources Ltd. As Executive Chairman, he oversees the company’s long-term direction, partnerships, and institutional relationships.
He leads high-level engagements with government agencies, industrial clients, and international partners, positioning the company for growth across construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors. His leadership is instrumental in structuring strategic partnerships and unlocking largescale project opportunities.
Azekyum Abisa
Azekyum Abisa oversees the financial strategy and management of the company. She is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and ensuring strong fiscal discipline across all operations.
She supports project financing, investment decisions, and financial structuring, helping to ensure that all projects are commercially sound and financially sustainable.
Anthony Owusu Kwarteng
Anthony Owusu Kwarteng leads the development, design, and execution of renewable energy and technical infrastructure projects at Impeccable Resources Ltd. He is responsible for driving the company’s solar energy initiatives, including system design, project engineering, and implementation.
He oversees technical planning, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization, ensuring all energy projects meet both local and international standards. Working closely with partners and engineering teams, he plays a key role in delivering efficient, scalable, and bankable energy solutions.
Zanetor Abui Apkalu
Zanetor Abui Apkalu is responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction and infrastructure projects. She oversees cost planning, budgeting, valuations, and project cost control to ensure efficient resource utilization and financial discipline.
She works closely with project teams to monitor costs, manage variations, and deliver accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Her role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
